11.5.10.2: Oracle 8.0.6 Relink Issues After Applying 11i Security Update Patch 21562757 (Doc ID 2256073.1)

IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, AIX 6.1 Environment

When attempting to relink Oracle Application after Applying CPU Patch 21562757 as per <Note: 2241334.1> the following error occurs.

mv -f /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr0
  mv tnslsnr /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr
mv: 0653-401 Cannot rename tnslsnr to /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr:
  chmod 751 /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr
chmod: /gfiprd-as1/ora01/app/oragfprd/11.5.9/gfiprd1ora/8.0.6/bin/tnslsnr: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to EBS application
2. Source the environment file
3. Run adrelink.sh force=y "ad all"

Due to this issue, users cannot complete relink successfully impacting user community.
