'Always' Option Not Available When Running Refresh AR Transaction Summary Tables Program (Doc ID 2256205.1)

Symptoms

When setting the profile option 'AR: Allow Summary Table Refresh', the only options are Yes and No.   Even after applying patch 13262492, the option to set this profile to 'Always' is not available.

  1. Verify if the list of values for this profile contains the values Yes, No and Always
