Unable To View Open Claims When Searching By Receipt

In CHRM, unable to view open claims on a specific receipt by searching by receipt. After entering "Receipt Number" and clicking "Search" it brings up all open claims for the customer.

Trade Management > Claims > Mass Settlement > Create
After entering the Operating Unit and Customer Name I enter "Receipt Number". Then Search.
The Open Claims that are found after the Search are not in relation to the Receipt. Only the Customer.
