Supplier UDA attribute groups to not allow duplicate values to be entered
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Item Catalog Category
2. Create a record using the multi-row attribute group, save the record
3. Re-create the record identically, save the records
4. Note the code allowed for two identical records; the Unique Key Validation
did not prevent the User from creating an identical record.
