Symptoms

With certain settings, Assignment Status Report results in status Complete with Errosr.

Assignment Status Report has run into error:
MSG-00001: tmp008:
REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-38856: cannot mark instance  (redo thread ) as enabled

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Begin with (Super) HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports -> Submit Processes and Reports
3. Single Request > OK
4. Name > Assignment Status Report > OK
5. Parameters window will pop up. Click Group.
6. Click Clear (Note: this works even if fields are all blank. Not clicking 'Clear' when blank does not recreate issue.)
7. Verify "dots" (separator characters) in Group field.
8. Enter any other required values.
9. OK > Submit > Yes
10. Navigate to Processes and Reports -> View Requests
11. All My Requests > Find
12. Verify Completed with Error
13. Click View Log



Changes

It is possible to run this report with either all fields filled in, or to avoid clicking "Group" in parameters window, which will run the report without regard to People Group details.
