Repair Manager Portal Dashboard And Supplier Warranty Claim Dashboard Do Not Show Graphs

On : 12.2.5
The Supplier Warranty Claim dashboard and Repair Manager Portal Dashboard do not show any data.
The expectation is that these dashboard pages will sow data automatically.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Depot repair responsibility.
2. Select Supplier warranty > supplier warranty claims
3. No data is displayed on the graph even though Supplier warranty claims exist.
