Create & View Timecard Gives Error "Invalid Operating Unit Setup. (Doc ID 2256324.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Create or View Timecard from Last timecard template, and Profile OTL: Timecard Operating Unit Source is set to HR Assignment the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid Operating unit setup. Please contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1) Set the Profile OTL: Timecard Operating Unit Source to HR Assignment
2) Login with Responsibility OTL Employee Self Service
3) Navigation :Select Create Time-card or View Time-card
4) Attempt to create timecard using Last Timecard template
