R12 PAXURVPS Project Status Inquiry Form - Search for Commitments Inconsistent (Doc ID 2256600.1)

Symptoms

When search for the Commitments at Task level in Project Status Inquiry (PSI), then get back to Project level and search for all Commitments -> there is no information.
If close the menu and search again directly for all Commitments -> there are rows retrieved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(M) Project Status inquiry > Project Status inquiry
(B) Find
Once you are in the below screen, go to navigate and drill down for commitments at Task level: Search for commitments:
(B) Find
You can see the commitments:

After that, close all the window until Project Level and from there try to search for commitments:
(B) Commitments
(B) Find
As you can see, there is not any information:

However, you close all the windows and search for it again:
(B) Find
(B) Commitments
(B) Find

Here you are the commitments even those for task above.
