Symptoms

On : 12.1 version

When attempting to Update Employee Bank Details from Personal payment Method Form the following error occurs.

ERROR: The Bank Account Number is invalid.Please verify and re-enter

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ZA HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Go to Person-->Assignment-->Payment Method
