Goal

Customer is trying to use Purchase Orders with non-sponsored projects (Non-Sponsored Projects are projects within a Grants install that do not have an award segment, PA_PROJECT_TYPES_ALL.SPONSORED_FLAG = N) with Grants implemented and is getting funds check failures. Why is this?
