Account Description Page Fails To Load After Updating Payment Terms JBO-25003: Object AcctOviewAM.HzPuiCustActAM (Doc ID 2256890.1)

Release 12.2.5 version (upgrade from 12.2.4)

Navigation Path: (R) Receivables Manager -> Customers Module, Account Description page fails to load after updating anything on the profile page.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoObjException: JBO-25003: Object AcctOviewAM.HzPuiCustActAM of type ApplicationModule not found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Click on Customer name and under Accounts
2. Click on customer under Account Description.
3. Click on Account Profile and change anything under profile tab (ie Payment Terms).
4. Save/apply then go back into customer account
5. Click on description. When trying to access again, encounter a random error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the profile details can not be updated after moving to 12.2.5
