Symptoms
Items are not automatically allocating even when there is plenty Onhand and Available.
What Tried
Added onhand/available quantity.
Setup Picking Rules.
Setup item transaction defaults.
Steps
1. Navigate to move orders > move orders : Create a replenishment move order.
* The same could happen on a pick release for a sales order or component pick for WIP Job.
2. Navigate to move orders > transact move order : Query the move order.
3. Click the Allocate button.
4. See Allocation = None, Allocated Quantity = 0
