Can an existing bank account be moved from one Bank Branch to another? Is there an API or script that can perform a bank account move?

The user needs to move bank accounts from one branch to another.
The bank and bank branches have become messy and the user needs to clean up.
The goal is to move all supplier bank accounts into one bank that has all bank branch numbers assigned to it.
Then there would be internal bank accounts that would be assigned to different banks and bank branches.
Will have supplier bank accounts share the same routing number as internal bank accounts for banks
