On : 12.1.3.31.10 version, Runtime UI
When attempting to reconfigure existing orders previously configured, the following error occurs. The problem does not occur for new sales order configurations.
ERROR

Current UI (ui_def_id=123456) is a non-published UI or is a published UI but launched without doing a publication lookup. However the UI template (template_id=1234) is a published UI template and can only be used in a publication mode.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Orders
3. Query an existing sales order
4. Open the order and navigate to the Lines tab
5. Click on the Configurator button for the ATO model
6. Error occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconfigure the model as needed. This means that revenue orders that require changes cannot be shipped for revenue.
