Symptoms
When Users execute the Action Fleet Management -> Assign -> Equipment Type on Buy Shipment with a Special Service associated. The Special Service is configured with "For Equipment/EquipmentType" Checked and Asset Level set to "Equipment".
Equipment Type Assignment fails with the following Exception.
