Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When Shipment Stop Activity Time is configured to be calculated based on Ship Units, If Multiple Orders are selected in the Bulk Plan process. Shipment Stop Activity is calculated as same across the Shipments Planned.

For Example:

Consider the following Setup with respect to Load Activity Time on a Location.

Location A has Activity Definitions as follows:
1. LOAD Activity Time - 20 Minutes per Ship Unit

If 8 Order Releases having one Ship Unit each with above Source Location are planned into Two Shipments (Shipment 1 associated with 6 Order Releases and Shipment 2 Associated with 2 Orders Releas , based on the equipment capacity).
Expected Behavior with respect to Shipment Stop Activity Time is Shipment 1 Pickup Stop should have Load Activity Time of 120 Minutes (20 Min * 6 Ship Units ) and Shipment 2 Pickup Stop should having Load Activity Time of 40 Minutes (20 Minutes * 2 Ship Units)
Actual Behavior on execution of Bulk Plan is that Pick up Stops on both Shipment 1 and Shipment 2 will have Load Activity Time of 120 Minutes.
