Symptoms

When attempting to enter IBAN for country CR,  the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier entry form
2. Add bank account at supplier site
3. Add IBAN number for Bank country Costa Rica and get:
