(Doc ID 2257638.1)
Last updated on JULY 15, 2020
Applies to:
Oracle Process Manufacturing Process Execution - Version 12.2.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Outside Processing
When attempting to run Resource Transactions Manager
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
gme_batch_open_interface, procedure gme_log_interface_err: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("GME"."GME_INTF_ERRORS"."OBJECT_TYPE")
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created & released batch using the OSP Recipe
2. Released Step
3. Run the " Requisition Import" program in the Purchasing module and Purchase request has been raised.
4. Auto created purchase order from the purchase request
5. Received and delivered the full quantity of the Purchase order to the shop floor
6. In the Production supervisor responsibility run the concurrent "Resource Transactions Manager"
7. Completed the batch and run the concurrent Actual cost process
But after executing all the steps the OSP PO price is not reflecting in the item cost
Reason : When we check for the error log for the concurrent "Resource Transactions Worker" we found below error
"Error occurred in package gme_batch_open_interface, procedure gme_log_interface_err: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("GME"."GME_INTF_ERRORS"."OBJECT_TYPE")
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero"
