OLM Mobile App Error When Trying To Enroll In All Online Classes.

Learning mobile app receives error when trying to enroll in a class and does not enroll employee in class.
Using the Oracle Learning mobile application version 1.2.0 on iPad and iPhone, after selecting the class from the catalog and answering Ok to
Enroll in this Class, the following error message is displayed:
The same learner can enroll to same class through Learner Self Service with no error.
Can locate the class but the enrollment process fails with the error previously mentioned in Mobile Apps
Customer has reviewed the documentation for bugs 20310736 and 24715060 that referenced similar error messages.
Customer has verified that the function OTA_LEARNER_HOME_REDEFINED_SS parameter pSkipReview=Y.
All patches for Oracle Mobile Learning referenced in Doc ID 2018237.1 have been applied.
Had customer change the SEEDED function: OTA_LEARNER_HOME_REDEFINED_SS to HRSSA&pFromMenu=Y&pApprovalMode=YD&pCertProcessName .
No customization in the HRSSA workflow.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Using the Oracle Learning mobile application version 1.2.0 on iPad and iPhone, after selecting the class from the catalog and answering Ok to Enroll in this Class, the above error message is displayed:
