On : 12.1.3 version, Personal Time Off Accruals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Observed that, the Vacation Accrual calculation is happening considering the number of Pay Periods as 27 instead of 26 for 2016 and 2017

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Expect that, the Vacation Accrual calculation happening should consider the number of Pay Periods as 26 only instead of 27 for 2016 and 2017

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to 'HRMS Manager' Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Fastpath --> View Accruals.

3. Query an employee, whose accrual has to be viewed.

4. Observe that the Accrual calculation is happening considering the number of Pay Periods as 27 instead of 26 for the current year alone.
