Rate Schedule Screen Is Frozen When Rate Type Is Floating/ Floating By Date (Doc ID 2257850.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Loan Information

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Origination tab, click Interest Rates tab and select rate type as Floating, rate schedule table becomes read only. Also 'Add Another Row' button is not available.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to edit and add another row.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Loans dashboard and select a loan to open.
2. Go to the Origination tab > Interest Rates tab > choose rate type as Floating
3. Do not see any 'Add Another Row' button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the rates.
