On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

US - Rehired employee on Leave of Absence (LOA) paycheck is refunding Social Security and Medicare (SS/MC) tax withholding from previous pay

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
US - Rehired employee on LOA paycheck should not refund SS/MC tax withholding from previous pay

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : In US HRMS Manager > Terminate an employee > Process Final check > Rehire the Employee
2. Run Quick Pay the Employee Regular Pay > Employee goes on LOA > Process Payroll .
3. SOE shows LOA paycheck is refunding SS/MC tax withholding from previous pay
