E-Business Suite R12 Applications DBA, Patch Application Errors Unable To Proceed

 



When attempting to apply p8919491_R12.ATG_PF.B_R12 <Patch 8919491> - R12.ATG_PF.B.DELTA.3 the following error occurs:

The following steps can be followed to reproduce the issue:
1. Source application 12.1.3 environment.
2. Start adpatch and apply Patch 8919491.
3. Patch fails and DBA is unable to proceed with the patch.
