ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle MWA is slow "Please Wait" --- but only a few times/week. It cannot be reproduced at will
Using the Mobile Device the users are finding "Please Wait...." for a long time. It was tracked from a backend session and found that this query was running and taking long time:
The database session for this was in the wait event "gc cr request" frequently even though there were no issues in the RAC cluster.

The issue cannot be reproduced at will -- but it was happening during Pick Load and Drop
