Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to run Trip Stop Interface from Order Management for sales order , the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
InterfaceTripStop: processing stop_id 1635498 for INV
MTL_ONLINE_TRANSACTION_PUB.process_online returns false
Error Code:Transaction processor error
Error Explanation:
Retrieving messages from the stack
InterfaceTripStop: Stopping because of ERROR.
InterfaceTripStop: total stops processed: 1
NOTE: There are no records stuck in mtl_transactions_interface table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From OM > Run Trip Stop Interface for order
The process fail as mentioned above.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The customer is unable to perform RTV transactions. They currently has about 20 transactions pending due tot his issue.
This will affect month end, year end, and perhaps raise a flag during external audit.
