Symptoms
There are Receipt Applications showing with an EVENT_ID in the AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS_ALL table, but the event is not in the XLA_EVENTS table.
This will cause the Receipt application not to be processed for accounting and will remain as an unposted item in AR.
