R12 : PAXCPCAL: PRC: Interface Assets To Oracle Assets Creating Multiple Parent Lines in FA Mass Addition where Prior to Patch there was One Parent for all Children. (Doc ID 2259019.1)

Last updated on MAY 15, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Project Costing - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After applying RPC 4, asset lines going to the same asset are grouped differently then they were prior to the patch. The customer's grouping method is Expenditure Category and after the patch, each category is assigned a different merged parent. Prior to the patch, these same expenditure categories were grouped to the same merged parent.
