Invalid Objects Compilation error "Synonym translation is no longer valid" after Upgrading to R12.2.4 through 12.2.7 (Doc ID 2259146.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the instance to 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6 or 12.2.7; the following Invalid objects were found:

OKS_IBINT_PUB
OKS_COPY_CONTRACT_PVT
OKS_COVERAGE_UTIL_PVT
OKS_MASS_UPDATE_PVT

On compilation of these objects the following errors are displayed:

Error
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
PL/SQL: ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid


Steos
1. Upgrade to R12.2.4 through 12.2.7.
2. Review invalid objects
