Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 Application Object Library, Basic Sysadmin Responsibility, Menu, and Function issues
Intermittently responsibilities are missing from the Personal Home Page, or after user login the responsibilities homepage is blank.
After another user logout and login cycle the issue is resolve and the responsibilities appear again.
