Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Bank

When attempting to run Bank Statement Load / Import,
the following error occurs.

Document Sequence information does not exist for the given bank account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Cash Management
Production instance

2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Bank Statement Load / Import
The following error appears:

Document Sequence information does not exist for the given bank account.

Statement gets stuck in CM Interface.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import the transactions.
