Unable to Update Terms within Service Conrtact when Contract Number Greater than 40 chars (Doc ID 2259438.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring
Instance : Production

Error receiving on proceeding with update/delete/inclusion of clause over template of Service Contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager (R) -> Contract Administration -> Launchpad, search for a service contract with greater than 40 chars long.
2. Under Administration tab, click on contract terms and proceed with adding new clause.
3. Receive stated error even for deletion or update of the existing clause.
