CZAPPIMPRFCM: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CZ_IMP_SINGLE" has errors. (Doc ID 2259574.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, BOM Populate and Refresh

It has been found that the following two CZ Packages are invalid:

CZ_IMP_SINGLE
CZ_BOM_SYNCH

And when running the Refresh A Single Configuration Model concurrent program an error is occurring.

CZ_IMP_ALL.goSingleBill.11276:Unable to complete, see log for details: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
CZ_IMP_ALL.goSingleBill_cp.11276:Unable to complete, see log for details: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
CZ_ORAAPPS_INTEGRATE.RefreshSingleModel_cp.11276:Unable to complete, see log for details: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CZ_IMP_SINGLE" has errors.
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.CZ_IMP_SINGLE".




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Oracle Configurator Responsibility,
2) Oracle Configurator Developer,
3) Concurrent Programs,
4) Schedule,
5) Find and select the Refresh a Single Configuration Model Concurrent Program,
6) Click Next,
7) Select the Folder where the model exists and select the Configurator Model Id,
9) Submit the concurrent program.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot refresh models which keeps them from moving ahead with the 12.2.5 upgrade tasks.
