On : version, Customization Manager

1. Login to EM as sysman
2. Navigate to Targets -> Oracle E-Business Suite
3. Navigate to "Administer"->"Change Management"->"Customization Manager"
4. Click on "Customization Discovery Requests" link

When attempting to do a Customization Discovery we get the following error:

Unable to submit customization discovery request#19 on <EBS Instance> E-Business Suite. Exception: Unable to find ARU patch. [Release: 12.1.3, 12.1]
