Symptoms

GTM Item Manager UI allows a Classification Code for the wrong Product Classification Type

In the Item Manager UI "Item Classification" grid, the user can change the Product Classification Type of an item classification, leaving the existing Product Classification Code.
The user edits the item classification (click on pencil), then changes the Product Classification Type, leaves the existing Product Classification Code, then clicks Save and Finished

Note that the system does not display any error.

When the user saves the change, the GTM_PROD_CLASS_TYPE_GID and GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE_GID in gtm_item_classification table will be out of sync.

The GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE_GID will correspond to the previous GTM_PROD_CLASS_TYPE_GID, not the current one.
