After Upgrade From 12.1.3 To 12.2.6 Quality- Sequence For Collection Elements Not Generated (Doc ID 2259790.1)

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, Value of field NCR number is not changing from 'Automatic' to a number when entering results for a collection plan in Oracle Quality,in Polish version of Oracle.

Apart from English language , the Sequence collection element remain as Automatic in Collection plan .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose the different language Polish
2. Enter the Collection element values and save .
3. Sequence value still remain as Automatic .
4. But for English language we get the Sequence value once the plan is saved .
