R12: AP:For a Receipt Matched Invoice ,Receipt Number is Missing at Line Level on Invoice Workbench Form

On : 12.0.6 and later  version, Invoice Issues & MassAdd

Receipt Number is missing on some invoices.
The invoices are matched to receipt, but the Receipt Number at line level is missing on Invoice form

Receipt Number should be present on Invoice line when Invoice is matched to Receipt

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Payables Manager
2. Navigate to Invoice workbench and search for an invoice matched with receipt
3, See that at line level, the receipt number is missing
