RMA Order - Related Details Form In View Adjustment Is Not Showing Same As Sales Order (Doc ID 2259846.1)

Symptoms

In a sales order,  there is a price break modifier applied and it can be seen in view adjustment details. Also it has details in 'Related Items' window.

Related Items window shows Values in the Value field. See attachments.


Navigation is : Order > Action > View Adjustment > Related Details (Button)


Create RMA via oe_order_pub.process_order.

The RMA has the same records in the Related Items window; however, there are no values in the Value field.
