Symptoms

An end dated mileage schedule is not allowing user to select Fuel Type

(i) user end dated their 'Old Mileage Schedule' on April 3, 2017

(ii) the profile Option 'OIE:Grace Period' is set to 30
- therefore, the user expects they should be able to use the 'Old Mileage Schedule (which uses the expense type "Private Mileage - non Managerial up to 31Mar17") for 30 days after end-dating

(iii) but, user is not able to use Old Schedule 'Private Mileage (non Managerial) up to 31Mar17' as they expect
- users are not able to select a value for the mandatory field 'Fuel Type' (no dropdown List of Values is available for field 'Fuel Type'
- normally, the field 'Fuel Type' should have a dropdown List of Values and users should be able to select from the List of Values

Note, the user created a new mileage schedule (with expense type=Private Mileage (non Managerial) and it is working as expected
- field 'Fuel Type' displays a dropdown List of Values and users can select a value
