Emails Stuck In The Retry Folder (Doc ID 2260232.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Components

When attempting to download the emails by the Download Processor
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a Email to email account.
2. Check if the email reaches the Inbox.
3. The download processor is Active but the emails not moved to processed folder. It moved to retry folder.
