Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Open Interfaces

When attempting to release a planned order from MRP(Material Requirement Planning) workbench, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Cannot read value for profile option RPM_CONC_PROCESS_ID in routine &ROUTINE.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Material Requirement Planning
2. MRP - MRP - Workbench
3. Release the planned Order.
4. Check the Log file.
