Maintain Compensation Periods Year LOV Does Not Show Correct Details (Doc ID 2260426.1)

Symptoms

In Compensation Manager if we go to setup maintain compensation periods search page does not show the current year.
User has the below period setup.
Year - 2018
Dates - 01-JAN-2017 to 31-Jan-2017
01-FEB-2017 to 28-FEB-2017..etc

i,e Using year as 2018 for 2017 dates
If we navigate to Maintain Compensation Periods Page, and try to locate Year "2018" in Year LOV, does not work.
