Error Logging Into Mobile App through DMZ

Problem Statement:
When attempting to log into Mobile Timecard App through the DMZ, the following error occurs.


"Server returned an unexpected error."

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the iPhone or Android app, login to the mobile timecard app
2. Receive this error and returns user to login screen
3. Login again and app is frozen
