Symptoms
The customer is adding new Application tier according to the Document: Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone <Doc ID 1383621.1>
5.3 Adding a New Application Tier Node to an Existing System
When they run the adcfgclone.pl, the following error occurred.
>$ perl adcfgclone.pl component=appsTier pairsfile=<DIR>/<pairs_file>.txt addnode=yes dualfs=yes
