Signature Capture Doens't Work in FSTP (Doc ID 2260549.1)

Symptoms

Clicking Save on the signature screen in the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) the confirmation message is displayed but the signature is not saved in the pdf report.

There is no record  created for the signature in the database.
