Symptoms

Various errors may appear on multiple EBS Application forms or reports.

An example includes: The Adjustment Register does not match the AR Reconciliation Report.  The reports are not balancing. The invalid date ranges cause the Adjustment Register to not balance with the AR Reconciliation Report.

When reviewing the data, the HZ_Organization_Profiles (or HZ_Person_profiles) records contain incorrect effective_end_date values.  The records belonging to a single party_id contain overlapping date ranges. 
Fields effective_start_date and effective_end_date contain overlapping date ranges for the records for a single party_id.

Multiple records contain no effective_end_date.  Only one record per party_id and

 Multiple records for the same party_id cannot have overlapping data ranges for effective_start_date and effective_end_date.
