Account Inquiry - Budget Variance Shows Actuals for Less Periods than Budget

Budget data was entered after creating new setup, for Jan-17 and Feb-17 periods.
Funds Inquiry / Variance on the same account shows Actuals data up until Jun-17, while the same form shows Budget amounts for all year.

Comparing Actuals/Budgets is not feasible as Actuals are only shown for half-year, therefore Variance is incorrect for the last half f the year.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL Responsibility > Define > Budget
2. Create new Budget setup
3. Enter Budget data
4. Enter Actuals for Jan-17 and Feb-17
5. Query for Account Inquiry - Variance, observe the form shows the Actuals amounts entered for Feb-17 replicated for all next periods up to Jun-17
6. For Budget, data is shown up to the end of the year
