Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Concurrent Processing, Concurrent Manager related issues
The error message below is found in "/var/log/messages":
FNDLIBR[9000]: segfault at 104 ip 0000000008000000 sp 00000000ffd700ab error 4 in FNDLIBR[8000000+100000]
Also, the following error messages can be found in internal manager log:

This issue can be reproduced via the steps below:
1. Stop AP tier service by adstpall.sh.
2. Stop DB tier service when confirming the status 0 of step 1 is return. (But internal manager is not stopped completely now although the status of adstpall.sh is 0)
