While Changing Owner Getting Error: Failure Of Web Server Bridge

On : 12.2.3 Production

When attempting to change owner on an Instance, the following error occurs.

Failure of Web Server bridge

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Oracle Installed Base Agent User >> Item Instance >> Item Instances

2. Query for an existing instance

3. Click on the 'Update Instance' icon (pencil)

4. Click on the 'Change Owner' button

5. Enter the desired changes

6. Click on the 'Apply' button

7. Receive the error message

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users must log out and back in to the system to continue working.
