User login through the Oracle Mobile Approvals App does not work with SSO and redirects to the E-Business SSO login page in mobile browsers.

'oracle.apps.fnd.ext.sso.FndServiceDiscoverer:ping() fails'

'OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=WF_WL_SERVICE_SEARCH_FILTER failed with a 401 'invalid credentials'
