In the > Contract Authoring Workbench > Contract Lines tab > Billing subtab & Additional Billing subtab (alternative region), would like to use the
Incentive Cost, Fee, & Incentive sections to record information for the cost-plus contracts.
Currently, the workbench only allows to enter it at the line level. However, would like to record this information at the overall contract level. The
information simply needs to be recorded there, but not impact the funding on the contract.
Is there a way to do this, or is there a different way altogether to achieve this?
